It’s BBQ Season.Easy to Make Pressure Cooker Baked Beans!

Pressure Cooker Baked Beans

 

Serves 8-10 people

 

1 cup dried white beans

1 cup dried red kidney beans

1 cup dried Romano beans

1 cup dried chick peas

2 cup brown sugar

1 cup molasses

2 tsp. salt

4 strips thick cut bacon cut into 1 inch pieces

1 tsp. cumin

1 tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp. garlic pepper

1 tbsp. oregano

1 tbsp. roasted garlic red pepper flakes

2 cups salsa

2 cups beef stock

4 cups water

Thickener Ingredients

¼ cup cold water

¼ cup corn starch

Combine together

Preparation

Put all ingredients into pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure/ manual cook for 50 minutes. Manual release pressure. Set pressure cooker to sauté, bring to a boil. Add cornstarch and cold water mixture. Bring to a boil. Turn of sauté. Turn pressure cooker to slow cook and let slow cook for 2 hours.
