Fall is Around the corner. Warm up with Pressure Cooker Beef Barley Soup!

Pressure Cooker Beef Barley Soup

Makes 2 quarts

Ingredients

2 tbsp. oil

2 onions ¼” diced

1 carrot ¼” diced

1 stalk 1/4 “diced

2 large potatoes peeled ½”

4 oz. cooked beef 1/4 “diced

¾ cup barley

941 ml beef stock

4 cups water

1 tbsp. Montreal Steak Spice

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tbsp. paprika

1 tbsp. beef base

Preparation

Turn pressure cooker on to sauté. Add oil and add onions, carrots and celery. Sauté vegetables for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients stir put lid on and cook on manual for 50 minutes.
