Classic Split Pea Soup. Keeps You Warm Inside!

Pea Soup Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

1 tbsp. oil

2 carrots diced ½”

2 onions diced ½ “

2 stalks celery diced ½

3 cups split peas

1 ham or pork bone ( optional)

2 tbsp. Montreal Steak Spice

1 tsp. salt

10 cups stock (beef or chicken)

Preparation

Set pressure cooker to sauté

Add oil and vegetables to pressure cooker and sauté for 5 minutes stirring while cooking.

Add remaining ingredients and stir. Turn off sauté and set pressure to manual cook. Set for 1 hour manual cook.
