Craving Chocolate? Make Walnut Carob Butter Spread!

Walnut carob butter

Ingredients

2 cups walnuts shell off

1 cup carob

2 cups oil (canola)

½ cup water

3 tbsp. molasses or honey

Preparation

Add all walnuts to blender

Mix on high for 30 seconds

Add remaining ingredients and mix on high for 30 seconds or until smooth

Put into a sealable container and store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
