Bring Shrimp to the Football Party!

  Shrimp with Julienne of Vegetables in a zesty Cream Sauce

Preparation Time : 25 minutes

 Ingredients

1 carrot

1 stalk celery

½ white onion

1 green onion

10 cherry tomatoes

¼ cup fresh parsley

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. garlic chopped

8 large shrimp ( peeled, deveined and cooked)

½ cup white wine

1 cup 35 % cream

4 dashes hot sauce

1 pinch pepper

1 pinch salt

Fresh dill for garnish

Cooking Instructions

1Cut celery, carrots,1/2 white onion very thin ( julienne),thinly slice green onion and place in bowl.

2Cut cherry tomatoes in half

3.Chop parsley fine.

4.In a sauce pan on medium heat add olive oil.

5.Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add onions, celery, carrots to sauce pan and cook for 5 minutes.

6.Add wine, shrimp, cherry tomatoes and cook uncover for 8-10 minutes.

7.Add 1 cup 35% cream, hot sauce, chopped parsley, pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

8. Place 4 shrimp on each plate

9.Remove vegetables and place on plate.

10. Pour remaining sauce on plate

11. Garnish with fresh dill.
