Easy to Make Fresh Pack Pickles! (refrigerator pickles)

 Fresh Pack Pickles

Yield ( makes 1 -1 litre jars)

Ingredients

2 gloves peeled whole garlic

1 tables spoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons pickling spice

2 big pieces of fresh dill

1 tbsp. dehydrated vegetable flakes

2 cups white vinegar

2 cups water (boiled)

6-8 Fresh medium size cucumbers (washed and rinsed)

Preparation

Put all ingredients in jar except vinegar and water.

Pour vinegar into jar

Pour water into jar until ¼ inch from the top of the jar

Put on lid and close tightly

Put into Refrigerator for 3 weeks and then eat
