Review of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Brownies

I recently was asked to make a gluten free dessert for a dinner we were having with friends. I decided to do a lemon curd pound cake. When I went to the local grocery store I couldn’t find self- rising gluten free flour.  I have made gluten free bread as my daughter has a gluten free diet and do know the main ingredients used for making gluten free bread.

I then realized how difficult it must be to find ingredients and gluten free solutions.

 I saw the gluten free brownie mix and decided to give it a try. I also bought gluten free cookie mix because I wasn’t sure how the brownies would turn out.

The recipe was easy to follow and the instruction worked. From the mixing to the baking and what size container to use, it was spot on.

I used a 8”X8” pan and baked for 45 minutes which was exactly what the recipe said to do.
