Looking for an Easy Dip to Make for Your BBQ! Spicy Bean Dip!

Spicy Bean Dip

 

Makes 5 cups

Ingredients

1 19 oz. can kidney beans drained liquid removed

1 19 oz. white kidney beans drained liquid removed

1 onion chopped fine

¼ red pepper chopped fine

1 Tsp. chili powder

1 Tsp. Finely chopped cilantro

2 drops Tabasco

2 pinch salt

1/4 sour cream for garnish

1-2 bags tortilla chips

Optional

1 jalapeno chopped fine

Preparation

Place ingredients in bowl and using a potato masher mash mixture.

After mashing for two minutes mix well with whisk. Until you achieve a creamy consistency.

Top with sour cream

Serve warm or cold

Serve with tortilla chips

Optional

Add finely chopped jalapeno for more heat
