Make Restaurant Style Coleslaw. Great for BBQ and Pulled Pork!

Coleslaw

Makes 12 cups

Ingredients

1 medium green cabbage shredded / thin slicing using food processor or meat slicer

2 medium size carrots shredded

1 ½ tsp salt

1 Tbsp. Basil

½ cup white sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup white vinegar

Preparation

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes ensuring all ingredients are thoroughly mixed in. Cover. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and put in fridge for 3 hours.
