Pressure cooker beets

10-15 small beets

Preparation

Place beets on trivet

Add 1 cup water

Sprinkle beets with 1 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Sugar

Set to steam/ or manual cook

Set to Ten minutes

When timer goes of press cancel

Release steam

Put beets into ice water until cold which makes peeling easier

Peel beets
