Save some Money!Make your Own Salted Carmel Syrup!

Salted Carmel Syrup

Makes 26 Oz.

Ingredients

2 cups white sugar

4 cups hot water

1 tbsp. salt

Preparation

Put 2 cups white sugar into a 4 quart pot and set to high heat.

Stir until sugar turns golden  (about 3-8 minutes)

Remove from heat. Add hot water ( be careful it could splatter because the sugar is hot)

Put pot back on heat on medium heat and tsir until sugar dissolves into the water.

Add salt. Turn the pot to high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool. Pour into a bottle of your choice.
