Pellet Smoker Beef Eye of the Round.

Smoked eye of the Round

Makes 6 lbs.

Ingredients

10 lb. eye of the round ( do not trim)

1 cup Montreal Steak Spice

¼ cup garlic powder

Preparation

Mix garlic powder and Montreal steak spice in bowl. Take seasoning and rub Eye of the round until completely covered with spices. Put in a sealable container or wrap in plastic, place on a baking sheet and put in fridge 8 hours or overnight.

Set smoker to 200 F. Smoke until internal temperature reaches 154 F. ( approximately 3 hours)

Remove and wrap in foil paper. Let rest for 15 minutes. Slice thin.
