Easy Dinner in less than 30 Minutes! Pressure Cooker Chicken Parmesan!

Pressure cooker Chicken Parmesan

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 tbsp. oil

2 – 8 oz chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces

1 onion chopped fine

4 gloves garlic chopped fine

3 cups water

4 cups tomato sauce pizza sauce (see recipe for pizza sauce)

4 cups broad egg noodles

1 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella

Preparation

Set pressure cooker to sauté. Add oil.

When pot is hot add chicken, onions and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add garlic cook for two minutes.

Add broad egg noodles.

Mix water and pizza sauce together. Add parmesan cheese to water and pizza sauce mixture.

Pour water, pizza sauce mixture on top of noodle. Mix for 30 seconds.

Place lid on pressure cooker. Cook on pressure for 12 minutes.

Release steam after cooking.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Put lid back on for 3 minutes until cheese is melted. Do not turn on pressure cooker. Heat in the pot will be enough to melt mozzarella cheese.
