Make Your Own Gluten Free Bread Using Your Oven!

Gluten Free Bread (bread maker with gluten free setting)

Ingredients

2 ¼ cups water

3 tbsp. oil

2 tbsp. vinegar

3 eggs

½ cup tapioca flour

1 ½ tsp. salt

2 cups gluten free flour

1 cup brown rice flour

2/3 cup potato flour

1 cup quinoa flour

3 Tbsp. milk powder or  soya milk powder

3 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. xanthan gum

1 tbsp. instant yeast (bread maker yeast)

Preparation

In a bowl add water, oil, vinegar and eggs. Mix well

In another bowl add all dry ingredients. Mix well

Add all ingredients to stand mixer and mix with paddle for 5 minutes.

Spray 2 -9’x5”x3” pans with non- stick spray. Divide the dough equally into the baking pans. Cover pans with plastic wrap and let sit a t room temperature for 2.5 hours. ( the batter must be double in size) Bake in a oven pre-heated to 350 F for 25-30 minutes. The dough is done when it reaches an internal  temperature of 205 F. Remove from oven and pop bread out onto a cooling rack and let cool for 2-3 hours.
