Raspberry Flan
Serve on plate sprinkle with icing sugar, garnish with fresh raspberries and whipping cream.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
¼ cup softened butter
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
6 Tbsp. raspberry pie filling
Icing sugar for garnish
Fresh raspberries for garnishing
½ cup fresh whipped cream with sugar
Preparation
In a table top mixer add butter and sugar to bowl. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add flour and mix for 40 seconds.
Remove dough from mixing bowl and divide into four equal pieces.
Use two parts of the dough to line the baking dishes.
Line the baking dishes with dough using your hands to press dough equally around the baking dish.
Spread 3 Tbsp. raspberry pie filling on top of dough in baking dishes.
Grate remaining dough onto of raspberry pie filling in baking dishes.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 F. Cook until golden.
