Chocolate Mug Cake! Dangerously Easy and Taste Great!


Chocolate Mug Cake

Makes four 16 oz. cups mugs

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

8 tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)

12 tbsp. white sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

1 cup milk

1 egg mixed well

8 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

4 tbsp. sweet chocolate chips

Non-stick spray

4 Strawberries washed stem removed

4 tbsp. strawberry jam.

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients n bowl for 1 minute (except chocolate chips)

Mix liquid ingredients in bowl for 1 minute

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix for 1 minute.

Using non-stick spray 4 mugs

Add ½ cake batter to each mug. Add chocolate chips to each mug. Equally top each mug with remaining cake batter (roughly ¼ -1/2 cup)

Bake in microwave for 4 minues. Check to see if top is dry. If top is still wet microwave for 30 seconds at a time until dry.  Garnish with strawberry jam and whole strawberry. (you can use raspberries and raspberry jam)
