A BBQ Classic Side Dish! Easy to Make Baked Bean!

Baked Beans

Serves 8-10 people

 2 cup white beans (cooked) Drain if canned beans

2 cup red kidney beans (cooked) Drain if canned beans

2 cup Romano beans (cooked) Drain if canned beans

2 cup brown sugar

1 cup molasses

2 tsp salt

4 strips thick cut bacon cut into 1 inch pieces

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

½ green pepper diced fine

½ red pepper diced fine

1 jalapeno pepper diced fine

1 cup tomato paste

2 cups crushed tomatoes

1 cups tomato juice

2 cups chicken or beef stock

1 tsp black pepper

1 lb. top sirloin beef (diced into 1 inch cubes)

Preparation 

In large Dutch oven brown top sirloin beef.

Add all ingredients to Dutch oven and cover.

Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for 1 hour.

Taste and add more salt and pepper to taste
