Cook Corn on the BBQ while Cooking Your Steaks!
BBQ Corn on the Cob
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 corn on the cob husk on.
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
Soak corn in cold water for 40 minutes. Remove from water and place on BBQ pre-heated to high heat. Place corn on BBQ and close lid. Set temperature to maintain 400-450 F temperature. Turn cobs every 10 minutes. Cook for 50 minutes. Remove. ( note the husk will be burnt). Remove corn from husk. coat with 1 tbsp. butter. Season with salt and pepper.
